To relax, I do yoga and meditate and do little math problems, and it's fun to check that part of your brain off and turn on a different part.
18 to 19 is definitely a brilliant age. Equally, 50 or 60 should be good. Everything is done; you can relax a bit.

I'm a big movie fan. After a show, if I'm on the bus or a plane, it's often hard to get to sleep, so I'll watch a film. An action film can even relax me.
